Role Description

As a Senior Architect, you will lead and oversee Corporate Interior projects from inception to completion, ensuring innovative, high-quality, and sustainable design solutions. This role demands strong leadership in managing teams, fostering collaboration with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring timely, budget-conscious project execution while maintaining full compliance with regulations and industry standards. The role will also have a strong technical focus, including oversight of GFC drawings and close coordination with MEP and site teams.

Responsibilities

Spearhead the architectural design process from initial concept development to technical execution, ensuring a seamless transition from vision to reality.

Foster creativity and innovation while maintaining functionality, structural integrity, and aesthetic excellence.

Oversee design reviews, refine concepts based on client and stakeholder feedback, and ensure architectural solutions align with industry best practices, regulatory standards, and sustainability principles.

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of architects, providing guidance and support in achieving project and organizational goals.

Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment throughout all phases.

Oversee preparation, review, and approval of GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, ensuring technical accuracy and coordination across disciplines.

Ensure seamless MEP–site coordination, resolving technical and design-related issues in collaboration with consultants and site teams.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory regulations, and sustainability standards.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful and timely delivery.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address execution challenges, and maintain design intent.

Maintain high standards of design quality, innovation, and technical excellence across all projects.

Participate actively in ideation and conceptual development of projects.

Take the lead in driving architectural aspects of projects, including team management, supervision, and recruitment of the Ultra architectural team.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address execution challenges, and maintain design intent.

Contribute to the formulation and implementation of company policies and support the development of long-term organizational objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

8–9 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably corporate/commercial interiors.

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Architecture is mandatory.

8+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.

Role Description

The Lead – Supply Chain will own the complete commercial lifecycle of projects across the West and South regions, covering procurement, quantity surveying, vendor management, contract administration, and client billing. The role will act as the bridge between design, projects, and finance to ensure cost control, accurate measurements, timely invoicing, and healthy cash flow.

Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

Manage end-to-end procurement for all projects including materials, services, and subcontract packages.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard regional vendors and contractors.
Lead techno-commercial negotiations to achieve optimal cost, quality, and timelines.
Issue and monitor Purchase Orders, Work Orders, and vendor contracts.
Ensure material deliveries align with project schedules and site requirements.

Quantity Surveying & Cost Control

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and project budgets.
Validate design drawings against BOQs and highlight cost implications.
Monitor project costs versus budgets and report variances.
Certify subcontractor bills based on measurements and work completion.
Evaluate variations, change orders, and claims with proper documentation.

Billing & Invoicing

Own the complete client billing cycle—milestone verification, progress billing, retention, and final invoicing.
Coordinate with project teams to certify work completion for invoicing.

Commercial Coordination

Work closely with Design, Projects, Finance for contract and cost alignment.
Support contract review related to payment terms, milestones, and commercial clauses.
Act as single point of contact for all procurement, QS, and billing matters.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to GST, taxation, and company procurement policies.
Maintain records of PO/WO, vendor bills, measurement sheets, and client invoices.
Support internal/external audits and due diligence processes.

Reporting & Process Improvement

Prepare MIS on procurement status, project profitability, WIP, and outstanding dues.
Forecast cash flows and material requirements region-wise.
Standardize QS formats, rate cards, and billing processes across regions.

Team Leadership

Guide regional QS/billing coordinators and regional commercial teams.
Build strong collaboration between projects, studio, and finance functions.

Experience

12 years of experience in QS, procurement, contracts, and billing in interior fit-outs.
Expertise in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and cost management.
Proficiency in ERP/Excel and measurement tools.
Negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination.

This role involves leading our dynamic design team and overseeing multiple interior design projects from concept to completion, while delivering innovative design solutions for a variety of spaces, including corporate offices, retail environments, showrooms, and hotels.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative interior design concepts for diverse projects, including corporate offices, retail, and hospitality spaces.

• Lead and support design teams, ensuring smooth execution of multiple ongoing projects.

• Make critical decisions regarding project design elements, including color schemes, materials, and furniture.

• Present design concepts clearly to clients, contractors, and suppliers during meetings.

• Collaborate closely with architects, management, and external teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.

• Manage projects from schematic design through completion, overseeing design development and ensuring adherence to design briefs.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, serving as the main point of communication through all project phases.

• Work closely with the principal of the firm and clients, from design conception to design development, including securing necessary permits.

• Create design sketches, both by hand and digitally, using CAD or similar software.

• Develop detailed design materials such as Material Booklets, Sample Boards, Schedules of Finishes, FF&E Booklets, and Furniture Concepts.

Experience

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in a reputed corporate interior design firm, with a strong track record of leading and delivering multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

• Demonstrated expertise in design leadership, including concept development, design direction, and ensuring alignment with client vision and business objectives.

• Proven ability to manage client communication, presentations, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
