Ultraconfidentiel is delightedto unveil the new headquarters of Oberoi Realty Ltd, a visionary leader inreal estate development. Located in the heart of Gurugram, this 7,000 sq.ft.workplace is more than a functional environment—it is a poetic dialoguebetween light, material, and human experience.
From the outset, the designsought to translate the brand’s vision into spatial reality, crafting aworkplace that elevates quality of life through the choreography of light and `form.Emerging organically from the site context, facade materiality, and sun pathanalysis, the building captures abundant natural light and panoramic vistas,fostering a seamless connection between interior and exterior landscapes.
The philosophy, “Light asDetail, Material, and Language” informs every design decision. Light isnot mere illumination; it is a design instrument:
- As Detail: accentuating textures, depth, and visual cues, guiding movement.
- As Material: transforming surfaces, enriching perception.
- As Language: articulating rhythm, hierarchy, and spatial identity.
Spatial planning reflects ahuman-centric approach. The open floor layout integrates transparency,ergonomic circulation, and layered experiences. Movement flows naturally frompublic, collaborative zones to private enclaves, orchestrated through curvedglass partitions, baffle ceilings, and material transitions, definingcirculation and spatial hierarchy.
Complementing this are grey flooring, warm marble, and wooden laminates withblack and brass accents, balancing texture, warmth, and subtly reinforcing thebrand’s identity of luxury and hospitality.
The cafeteria forms the heart ofthe workplace, where design, community, and wellbeing intersect.Anchored by a sculptural column with biophilic elements and paired with warmtimber, black surfaces, and floating luminaires, it becomes a vibrant socialhub.
The project celebrates the poeticsof materiality, where every gesture, corner, and detail is craftedto create immersive, experiential experiences.
